High School Old Boy's - Rugby 2014
It gives me great pleasure once again to have Christchurch High School Old Boys Rugby Club participating at our 8th edition of the Patagonia Cup. This tournament holds a particular spot in the history of our club and we are very committed to making the long journey to participate and contest for this coveted title. This is a unique opportunity for a select number of our players and one that they will embrace and cherish.
Over the years we have come to this tournament many enduring friendships have been forged following willing and passionate encounters on the field. We look forward to reigniting these friendships during this year’s tournament.
The people of Bahia Blanca have once again opened their arms and homes to the young men of our club and for that we are extremely grateful. We owe the people of Bahia Blanca and particularly Club El Nacional and the wider rugby community a huge debt of gratitude.
I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge all the hard work of the organizing committee, volunteers and those that will come together to make this celebration of rugby a tremendous and unforgettable event. Many of these people go unseen but are very important to making this a success – thank you.
We look forward to a great contest on the field in what promises to be one of the best Patagonia Cup to date. I would like to wish all the teams the very best for the tournament.
High School Old Boys Rugby Club tiene una gran deuda con la comunidad del rugby de Bahía Blanca. Estamos decididos a pagar esa deuda mediante nuestro continuo apoyo a la Copa Patagonia, ayudando a desarrollar el rugby mediante la competencia en el campo de juego y desarrollando a nuestros jugadores fuera de la cancha como embajadores de nuestro país.
